Hello all,
you'r help required please

I and my wife got ILR 2nd JNA-2013,both are here in UK
My wife got medical Prob to bring and care currently my kid over here
my son is in INDIA having Tire1 dependent visa valid until 10-Feb-2013

I would like to apply ILR(ILE) for my son from India

1.Can I Apply ILE for my child,dose it have any impact on my child ILR and Britesh citizenship
(If above option dosen't work ,then I will bring him over here before 10-feb 13 and apply for ILR and send him back immediately)
2.Do I need to apply ILR again once he is back to UK (planning to get it over here july 2013)
3.I am elagible to BC from JAN-14,but how i need to apply for my child(can I apply child BC along with us in JAN-14)
4.List of documents to include for ILE from india
5.Do I need to apply ILE from India before his Dependent visa expires on 10th Feb-2013 or it dosen't matter with Tire1 dependent visa

You cannot apply for ILE for your son in India.
ILE do not exist anymore.
You will have to apply for ILR once he is here.
I aint sure about his naturalisation prospects.

not correct. Para 297 of the rules still applies and thus a child who qualifies under this paragraph can still be granted ILE.

Para 297, didn't understand following point
"(vi) holds a valid United Kingdom entry clearance for entry in this capacity; and "

and Basically what is ILE and difference between ILR and ILE

But still not clarified what world be the bettor options for me

yes vinny but i think when they both husband and wife get settlement then they do not need to meet financial requirements and the child settlement becomes relatively easy..

correct me if i am wrong
