Arrived UK 87 Days after getting HSMP

HSMP visa start date 28/05/2008
Arrived UK on 22/08/2008
Arrived UK (4+30+31+22) [b]87 Days [/b]after getting HSMP;

Went out of UK (to India between 03/04/2009 and 21/04/2009) outside UK for 19 days;

I got additional 10 days when I got the HSMP extension after 2 years; so my 5 years HSMP visa finishes on 10/06/2013.

But I have not lived in UK for 5 years as I came 87 days delayed;
Do you think I must apply for another extension or can I apply for ILR;

You can apply for ILR provided you meet all other requirements. No need for extension.

Just in by 3 days. You can apply for ILR 28 days before 5 years from your EC date.
Reason why I said 5 years before your EC is because you came in the UK within 90 days of getting EC, which means those 87 days count towards your stay in the UK
