ILR for Child Now OVer 18

Post by Louloubell » Fri Jan 04, 2013 10:49 am

My son and I are due to apply for our ILR as our 27 month visa expires soon. My son came into the country at the age of 16 as a dependent of my partner who is a BC, and I am on a spouse visa. My son is now 19 years old, working part time/in college and living on his own - he does not claim any benefits. I would like to know if his situation will affect his application for ILR, and if possible what application he should make. Thank you!

Please help, senior expert!!!. I have a similar situation and posted a query but no one has responded.
Anyone who has successfully applied for their over 18 dependant children should please share their experience.

Cheers,

Longhorn1
