ILR application based on Ancestral visa - Section 6.3

Post by testcase21 » Fri Jan 04, 2013 1:58 pm

I am going to Liverpool on Monday to apply for ILR after completing 5 years on my ancestral visa. The new form from December has the new question 6.3, do I need to answer this?

In total I have been outside the UK for 63 days in the last 5 years with the longest period being 28 days.

Also is there any specific way I should package the application to make it easier for myself as well as the case worker?

Many thanks

@testcase21,

Just write down the dates going out of the UK and coming back.

Only answer the questions which are applicable to you.

You'll be fine.
