ILR depedent document - Experts advice please

Post by diwakar21 » Fri Jan 04, 2013 1:59 pm

Dear All,
I am preparing documents for my ILR and wanted to check on the documents and get advice from the experts.

Main applicant
SET(O)
Passport (both old and current)
Initial WP letter from UKBA
Payslips (12 months)
Bank statements (12 Months)
P60 5 years
Life in UK pass letter
Current employment letter
Absence summary document

Optional main applicant documents
5 years payslip and bank statement
Previous employer offer letter

Cohab documents
As my wife name was not mentioned in my previous tenancy agreement, there are no documents from council or utility companies for her, however I have the below documents.
1. Joint Bank account statement on me and my wife name - This account is active since 3 years but no much transactions done, I am still getting the statement. Would this be good?

2. Credit card statement - Wife has got a add-on credit card and we get the statement every month on my name, but my wife name is mentioned separately on the statement under transactions done by her for last 3 years - Is that ok? This is American express credit card statement.

3. NHS letters, hospital discharge notes, medical check up letters such as scan letter from NHS on my wife name - Is these documents acceptable?

4. My daughter's birth certificate where both of our name is mentioned with the same address - Is it ok?

5. Life in UK pass letter

For last one year, I have tenancy agreement, utility bills and council tax bills with me and my wife name.

Please advice the documents listed above for the dependent will be alright? if the above is not sufficient, what else can be submitted for the dependent address proof?

Many Thanks,
Diw
