PEO appointment with dependents but cannot take them along

Post by s&k » Fri Jan 04, 2013 10:17 pm

Hi,
I have a PEO appointment booked for visa extension in Glasgow for me and my dependents. However My dependents cannot come along due to health issues and we have about two months before the tier 1 expires..
Would it matter if I go alone for the appointment even though the appointment is for all of us.?

Thanks

The problem would be that part of the appointment would be to take biometrics etc. Since this cannot be done, you would probably have to do a postal application for your dependants. Not sure what the fee would be that you would be charged...

Yes you can go as long as you are the mail applicant. If they ask just tell them the reality.
Kind Regard,

Thanks.. If the dependents cannot come along now then it will be a postal application at a later date..
