Spouse visa ( inside kingdom) urgent

Hi,

Please help me I am slightly confused with my wife's visa. She entered uk on march 9th 2012 as tier 1 dependent and I was granted ILR on 20th August 2012. Her visa is expiring on 25th feb 2013. I have following questions please give a answer.

1: what application shall I use PBS dependent application or FLR(M). ( I spoke with ukba and advised me to use PBS dependent visa)

2: if I am using PBS dependent, can I able to show funds in two accounts and I am guessing I should show £600 pounds for three months(90 days).

3. 90 days of maintaince funds will be completed by 19th feb 2013, so I have only 5 days for an appointment ( out of which two days are weekend). I can't apply by post because we need to attend my sister' s marriage in may.

4: worst case I need to apply from India an extension and I have to show fresh maintaince funds ( I am guessing £2800) so she have to leave by feb 2013 and have to wait couple more months for visa and I don't want her to stay beyond 3 months.

5: ukba is saying my wife needs to apply for PBS dependent not flr m because entered uk before 9th jun 2012.

6: what they take into consideration for maintaince funds.. End of the day balance.
