Tier 1 (G) to ILR

Hi,

I am tier 1 (G) and will be eligible to apply for ILR this August my timeline, just wondering:

Q1: - in order to prove salary point (for which I only need to show £25k) my 8 months salary will be sufficient. Can I only show this one or WILL need all 12 months salary?!

Q2: -As a mixture of workpermit and tier 1 (G) can I apply after 4 years-11months or it has to be AFTER completing 5 years?!

Q3: - I will be applying ILR in August so if I take and pass life in the UK test then would the results be valid until August?!

Please note I have tried to find answers to these questions but couldn't find the answers.

Q1 - it doesn't have to be the full 12 months.
Q2 - 4 years, 11 months will be fine, just no earlier.
Q3 - you mean take it now? Yes it doesn't expire under current rules (it may change).

I entered first in the UK under workpermit and entered after 1.5 months post visa issue date, I switched to Tier 1 later within UK.

Can I apply 28 days earlier to visa endorsed date?
