FAMILY PERMIT for a Visa national by EU husband

Hi all I ve some issues on applying uk visa...Im a Srilankan holding an Italian PR married to Italian who lives and works in UK..I'm not sure under with catagory I should apply a visa to visit/remain for 5 years in the UK..
And what is the difference between FAMILY PERMIT and SPUSE/MARRIAGE VISA?

EEA FP is also free.

Where are you presently? When do you want to move to the UK?
