help needed - SET O Section 9

Post by olarey » Sat Jan 05, 2013 7:48 pm

Good afternoon. please i would appreciate if anyone could provide some help regarding SET O form section 9 B3.

this is my situation, i had HSMP (2yrs) approved Feb. 22/2008 and T1 General (3years) approved March 09 2010. however, i've claimed 30 points for my qualification during both application which was approved. i'm now eligible for ILR in february. however, i noticed in the form that you can only claim foe bachelor's degree under the rules in place before 31/03/2009 or after 5 April 2010. i am a bit confused as i dont have masters degree. Please can someone clarify pls

If your qualification hasn't changed, you will receive same points for that qualification as you received in your first HSMP/Tier 1 application.
Goodluck.
