Tier 1

07/09/2007 -07/09/2009 - 2 years ( WPUK) ( 07/10/2009 - 07/04/2010 Passports at Home office for further extension)
08/04/2008 07/04.2013 - 3 years Tier 1 (General)

Planning to submit on the 7th March 2013.


07/03/2013 - 06/03/2012 - 322 days ( Medical reports due to heart iss)
07/03/2012 - 06/03/2011 - 138 days ( Medical )
07/03/2011 - 06/03/2010 - 139 days
07/03/2010 - 06/03/2009 12 days
07/03/2009 - 06/03/2008 14 days

My long absene were due to medical issues where i have got medical report specialist cardio, will this help or will they give me extension again?


Visa expires on the 8th April 2013.

My son has learning disalities and is given Final Statement at the Croydon Council since the time we were UK he was in a special education school.

He has got his interview on the 30th Jan 2013 at Croydon college (he was on rolls at croydon college as i was unwell i had no other choice but to bring him with me while i underwent treatment. He is 18 years old and is a special child.

As i was diabetic and had heart issues i was not able to manage my son and myself so had to come to india for treatment.
as u know there is always a long que in uk for treatment.

i have got all my medical papers, please advise me.

You won't get an answer here on this forum. Your situation is outside the scope of the rules and guidance and so not something that can be determined.
