Income/Salary Band for ILR

Kindly assist to clarify this issue.

2yrHsmp / 3yr Tier 1
Visa clearance date is 17/05/2008
Date of entry to the UK is 23/06/2008

Applied for Tier 1 extension on 7th May 2010
Denied but won appeal and visa was granted on 25/10/2010
Points was 75 on salary/income band of 45000.

Ready to apply for ILR in Sept 2013
Question is what salary/ income band will apply to me.
Is it still the old band of 45000 or the new band of 150000
