Dependent visa for PSW person

Dear All
Please, can you provide some information on dependent visa?

my wife to be is on PSW which will expire in october. Am a TIER 1 visa holder. can she apply as dependant from UK? or she will need to go to India?

Any information will be helpful

she need to go back and apply from home country.
