Tier 2 spouse visa

Post by hershey14 » Sun Jan 06, 2013 3:30 pm

I am applying for a spouse visa at the end of this month from India. I have lived and studied in USA since 1999 on a student visa. My student visa renewal to US was refused earlier this year in June 2012 under section 214b ("lack of social ties to my home country i.e. India & Intent to immigrate"). I have been in India since June. I got married in November 2012 in India. My wife is currently on a tier 2 general visa in the UK.
I got accepted for a M.S. program at King's College London in september 2012. I deferred my admission to september 2013.
My question is:
1) is it advisable to disclose my king's admission information on my spouse visa application?
