Applied BR5,whom to contact for urgent Passport return

Hi,

I'm Non-EEA national, my wife is Romanian.
I applied Application BR5 for RC on 25/07/2012
we needs to travel urgent,we have flight on 15th jan.
can someone plz tell me how to contact UKBA for urgent passport return?
