Hi all, I'm an overstayed student lives in uk and recently got married to my lovely wife (from poland) and planning to apply for EEA FP but I have few questions to be solved before do so and thought you guy might help me.
★ since I'm already in side the uk which application should I use (vaf 5) says its only for whom apply from aoutside the uk?
★since home office already know I'm overstayed plus they have my passport with them will it be a problem for me?
★will my fiancé housing benefit claims effect my appliction?
★is it a bad idea to apply on my own without paying a fortune to a lawyer?
★finally is there another type of visa should I consider to be the best way of legalize my stay here in uk?
(Wife worked as a self employed for 2yrs n recently start work as a normal person as well on a temporary contract and we moved in together 7months ago after been lovers for 1 year. Plus yesterday I've received a letter from home office asking me to leave in mid january.)
