Time spent outside UK

Post by jasonmutu » Mon Jan 07, 2013 7:14 am

Hi members,

Happy new year!

I am eligible to apply ILR in May. My question is how many days is allowed to stay outside UK for last 12 months?

I was on an official trip outside UK for 65 days continously From Nov2012 till Jan 5th 2013. Out of 65 days 50 days was official and 15 days were holiday.

Is it enough to get letter from employer stating my trip during that time was official?

Thanks for your time.

Cheers,
Mutu
