Hi there,

My son is born here in UK and he is in India now with my parents and has got Tier 1 dependant visa valid until Feb 7th.

We will be applying for permanent residence in few days time,hopefully everything goes smoothly.

I am planning to bring him back to UK in Jan end (1 week before his visa expires), by then our visa status changes to PR and so he is eligible for his Citizenship.

When he is travelling to UK We will be on settlement visa and my son is on Tier1 Dependant visa.

Can my baby travel to Uk as he has got valid visa when the parents visa status is different from baby status?
