If he has his P60s, it's best to provide one. However, being in employment is not one the requirement for BC.ritz2000 wrote:Hi,
I came to the UK in June 2006 under HSMP. My husband came as my dependent. We got our ILR last year and will now apply for naturalisation. We will make a join application. I am supplying the following documents:
1) My Passport and hubands passport
2) Life in the Uk certificate
3) Marriage certificate
4) 5 years P60 for myself
Do we need my husbands P60s as well or just his passport is enough ?
Thanks a lot
You dont need to submit P60's . Make the application as simple as possible .ritz2000 wrote:Hi,

I beg to differ. It's always best to be safe. Please follow the discussion here and you will notice that one of the applicant was apparently asked to bring his P60.ritz2000 wrote:Hi,

Unfortunately, we have only last 2 years P60 for my husband. We dont have for the previous 3 years. Should we just submit these then ?I beg to differ. It's always best to be safe. Please follow the discussion here and you will notice that one of the applicant was apparently asked to bring his P60.
