Hi all ,
I have got my ILR recently and Want to apply to BC for daughter who was born UK before my ILR . I didnt include her in my ILR application.

Pls can you clarify below question?

1.27 Date father became settled in the uk ?
Ans: BRP date or Approval Letter date? BRP date is 2 days after the approval letter date.

Also, If you look at your BRP card, the expiry date is exactly 10 years from your approval date, not the start date on your BRP card itself.
