Previous Earning Tier 1 Ext- Can I show nine months salary?

Hi,

My question is: If I fulfil the minimum earning points in 9 months, do I still need to show 12 months earnings?

From Jan-12 to Feb-12 I worked as full time employee for 2 months and then
Mar-12 to May-12 - three months in between as a limited company and then
Jun-12 to Dec-12 again as full time employee.

Just to reduce complexities (collecting different docs from Accounts), I don’t want to show my limited company earnings from Mar-12 to May-12. Can this be a problem? OR I can show all the earning but claim points for only three months (just in case I miss any limited company document)

No, you don't need to show 12 months earnings if you qualify with less. But your earnings need to be from 12 consecutive months within the 15 month period immediately prior to your application.

Based on the info provided I presume your 12 month period is from Jan 2012 to Dec 2012? You haven't stated when you intend to apply to determine whether this will fall witin the 15 months immediately prior to your application date. If it is then you will be fine excluding earnings from Mar to May.

Yes, I am applying in two weeks time (15-Jan-13) and my 12 months preiod will be Jan-12 to Dec-12; which means its consective 12 months within last 15 months window.

I wasn't sure if we have to show what we earned in one year and source of earning and tax even though we are just claiming for only six months earnings.
