EEA4 Application - Enquiry

Post by ZaaN » Mon Jan 07, 2013 3:44 pm

Hi All!

I wonder if there is anybody out there able to provide me with some answers.

My 5Year RC is coming to an end in June'13 and my passport (which is still in my maiden name) expires in the same month.

I will be renewing my passport soon and also changing to my husband's last name that I have taken.

My question is, when I do the EEA4 for my PRC, would it be a problem sending them my new passport (blank) along with my old passport that will still have my RC? Or would I need to move my RC over to the new passport first?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
