SET(M) Dependant for ILR : Qualifying Requirements

Dear All,

Really appreciate all the members of this forum.

I came to UK on Tier1 General dependent visa on March 2011 (from that point of time myself and my husband both are living together and both working continuously)

my husband and my 2 yrs old son got their ILR on Sep 2012 (through my husband's 2 yrs hsmp + 3 yrs tier1 g)

My tier 1 g - dependent visa expires on Feb 2014

It would be great if you can let me know when do I qualify for ILR ?
And what application form should I or my husband must fill?

P.S: Is it mandatory for me to convert to FLR (M) from my Tier1- g dependent visa before I apply for my ILR ?
