PSW to Tier 2 general

I am on psw visa which expires Nov 2013.
My job title is Residential care home manager which according to ukba its on the NQF level 4 list. Those qualified to apply for tier 2 general must meet the criteria on an NQF level 6 position.
My work has a greed to sponsor me a Ceritificate of Sponsorship but they are in doubt that my visa might get refuse beacuse of my job title is on the NQF 4 list. Despite i have my Honored degree and a post graduate level 7 which i completed both on 2011, i dont know if if i apply, the application might get rejected. Please i would need some serious answer or recommendation which might help to apply for the tier 2 general. Thanks

Your job must be NQF 4 - your qualifications above this level are not relevant to your application. An application submitted with a CoS of NQF 4 will be rejected.

#your visa will be rejected as the job must be at or above NQF6 and pay should be in line with that job specified by UKBA
