completing FLR(o) form advice

Post by migarich » Mon Jan 07, 2013 10:30 pm

Hi I need advice completing the FLR(O) form. Here is our situation: I am a British citizen and my fiancee who is in UK had her asylum application rejected. We have just had a baby and we would like to make the application while she's here as going back would mean separation for us.

She has taken English Lessons(ESOL) but she only completed ESOL Entry Level 1 when the required level is up to LEVEL3.

Could someone advise us if this is possible without the required English certifications?

Many thanks,
