HI every Body.

I have completed an IVA to clear my debts.

Is this Completed IVA will effect my ILR and naturalisation applications.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

@Honest11

According to The Good Character Requirement, you will clearly be fine. In the document, it detailed the requirement for debt in which you should be discharged of your bankruptcy before you apply for ILR and BC. As for IVA though your name will still be on the Insolvency register like bankruptcy, but it shows your dedication to sort out your debts. Even better you have completed that.
In the document below, HO clearly said that as long as you don't accrue debt recklessly and you show commitment to paying through arrangement then you cannot be refused ILR and BC.

Please read for yourself and let me know your interpretation.
