Post by alinoor_86 » Tue Jan 08, 2013 3:29 am

Dear,
My wife(before on dependant visa after completing went back) now she applied for family visitor visa from Pakistan on my sponsorship but my visa(Tier4 student) is in process since march 2012 n ukba refused her visa due to my visa under processing n other factor the statement was around £4,000-£4500,so I need the advice that because my visa is still in process is it worthy if I go for appeal is there possibility that she can get the visit visa by appeal.
Many thanks

You should not have applied for your wife's entry clearance, while your own visa was under process.

You'll have less chances in appeal:

Why didn't you apply dependant visa for your wife rather than VAF1B?
Was the statement of 4000-5000GBP is same you sent to UKBA for your T4 visa?
Information provided is general guidance and does not constitute legal advice.
