Tier1 Enterprenuer visa help req

Dear,
I were here in uk on my husband's dependant visa when our visa were about to complete we applied for extension but in the mean time our file came back due to incompletion n I came back to Pakistan due to family reason n my husband again send his visa alone n now I applied for visit visa on my husband's sponsorship but its been refused so I need the advice shall I go for my visit visa appeal or can I submit fresh application as a tier1 Enterprenuer which one would be better option...

You can apply for either. Obviously applying for a visit visa would only be worthwhile if you are able to overcome the reasons for the previous visit refusal.
