You could be in trouble here if UKBA finds it first then you revise your Tax Return.

Yes you can change any submitted tax return via online log in. You will be charged an interest on total TAX due to HMRC. Since for 2011 the deadline to submit and pay the return was 31 Jan 2012. So From 01 Feb 2012 to till date you will be charged.
