I will apply ILR on Monday 14th, I would like forum to help me with document checking. Just in case I am missing anything.
My Situation : HSMP 2 yrs + Tier1 (General) 3 yrs
EC stamp : 08/FEB/2008
Enter to UK : 28 /FEB/2008 (20 days later)
Tier1(General) Valid til : 08/ FEB/2013
Absences 3 trips less than 50 days
Documents:
1. set o form (version 12/12)
2. 2 photographs with name on the back
3. passport
4. life in uk pass notification
5. bank statement jan 12 - Dec 12
6. payslip jan12 - dec 12
7. Teir 1 (general) approved letter.
Just in case (if CW requests, I will hand in)
1. current employer letter
2. offer letter for a new job.
I also got 3 burning issues as per below.
1. Question 7.11,How long have you live in the UK? --my answers is 4 yrs and 10 months --> will this make problem as I am not 4 yrs 11 month or 5 years completely?
2. I am about to leave my current job, 4 days after ILR application and start a new job straight away. --> is this will effect my ILR application as a new job has 3 months probation?
3. Question A9 --contact details on bank statement? What kind of contact details i should put in? head office or branch that I deal with? (I am with HSBC)
