Croydon Experience 7th Jan

Post by samira_uk » Wed Jan 09, 2013 12:17 pm

Dear All,

I've got my extension on 7th Jan in Croydon.

Appointment 9:00 AM
got the approval letter on 10:30 AM
Today I received the BRP for myself and my husband.

The only point is that on my husband's card only mentioned PBS Dependent and not Tier 1 General Dependent. Then, do you think it is a problem or it is the standard wording?

Thank you all

this is a standard wording, if you read the approval letter for your husband he is allowed to work.
Kind Regard,
A.Khan

That's correct. PBS Dependent is a route which is the same for all PBS applicants who are allowed to bring their dependents. For all PBS dependents the requirements and conditions of stay are exactly the same (and so are the application forms, guidance and law which pertain to them!).

Yes you are almost right the only exception is Tier 4 dependents I think which have different application form.
