SET (O) or SET (M) - Wife's ILR application

Post by chosenaik » Wed Jan 09, 2013 12:44 pm

Hello, my wife arrived in the UK in May 2011. She is coming up to time for her ILR. I was on Tier 1 General at the time.

I myself got my ILR last year (June 2012). Should we use a SET (O) or SET (M) form for her application?

Thank you very much.

Could I pls request a response from Senior Members. I thought that all dependants of ILR individulas had to complete a SET(M) form.

As I have an ILR since last June (via the 5 year route), should my wife by completing SET(M) or SET(O).

Thank you very much.

Hi thanks for this. This helps me.

My wife is on FLR(M) which was a must requirement once I got my ILR.

Therefore I need to fill out SET(M).

Seniors, pls would you confirm my understanding?

Many thanks.
