Hello,
Would someone suggest me please.
My Q is: I got my ILR under 10 years rule in October. I have a child 6y.o. born in the UK. Her dependant visa was expired in the same day as mine. However, I read if the child is born in the UK and the parents is granted ILR then you can apply for BC at any time. Now I'm on the way to send the application for BC registration.
Will I face any problems I didn't register her as soon as I got ILR or not? Does it have any impact?
The delay was cause I couldn't find 2nd referee.
Thank you.

There are no residential requirements for Minor Children when registering as a BC under Section 1(3).

Please read the Questions 2-3 under the Children section here - http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=95747

The current visa status of the child is irrelevant for Section 1(3)
