Tier 2 Form query

hi folks,

Need help here. cheers.

I am switching from tier 4 to tier 2 (general).
Have been working with employer while on tier 4.

So everything has been ready so now filling up the form and came across
a problem.

There is question stated as "Are you still working for the same employer as you were at the time of your last grant of leave? ".

But the policy guidance explains it as "If you are not working for the same sponsor for which you were last given leave to enter or remain as a
Tier 2 (Intra Company Transfer) migrant, it is likely your application will be refused. ".

So my question :

Do i say yes or no for question stated "Are you still working for the same employer as you were at the time of your last grant of leave? ".

Any suggestion or help would be much appreciated..
