Job Title and Contract Format

Hello beautiful people, please i need your advice. i work as a contractor with a bank handling PPI complaints. I am the director of my own limited company. I intend using Financial Advisor as the SOC code, but my actual job title on my contract is PPI complaint investigator. Please would this pass the NQF level 4 job description?

Secondly, what format does my contract have to be? Presently i have just an email contract format? would that suffice or do i have to present the contract in a particular/detailed format?
