ILR eligibility from HSMP to Tier 2 (ICT)

Hi,

April 2008 to April 2010 - I was on HSMP and converted to Tier 2(ICT) in March 2010 before HSMP visa expires.

Currently, I am in Tier (ICT), which is issued before 6th April 2010.

Am I eligible for ILR(2 years HSMP + 3 year Tier 2(ICT) in March 2013?
