Inviting mother-in-law, while i have applied for extension

Post by usman81 » Wed Jan 09, 2013 11:53 pm

Hello - i want to send invitation to my mother-in-law for family visit or general visit, however i have applied for my own and wife's extension, both on Tier1 in UK. Our visas have expired and applications for extension are with UKBA not returned yet.

Should i wait for our applications and visa be granted or can i invite mother-in-law? I'm just providing her accomodation and she will bear her travel expenses herself.

Thanks for suggestions.
