quick question

i once was refused stay and they held my passport and sent me a letter with a number to ring when i was to leave the country. i sorted my stay on ILR and they just send my biometric residence and not passport.

do anyone know the number so that i can reclaim my passport, i misplaced the letter with the number

They arrive separately because they are two different 'senders'. The person who approved your ILR simply forwards a request to create/send a BRP to your address, she herself without actually physically seeing/touching it.
