Hi
i need to help me .my wife has resident in uk and she has daughter.i want to ask for spouse visa from morocco. but my wif she earn 700 pound from work and 1000 pound like help to her and her daughter .my question is if this money is enough and how much money she need to save in bank .

she is polish and she has permanent resident and she live in uk 6 years ago. and we married in morroco 4 mounts ago .

So all you need to do is apply for an EEA Family Permit. This is not an application under UK immigration rules.

what is the case if she already got her british citizen?
is she still can apply under EEA law?

think for information cause i we dont know what we have to do

she has just resident so we are under EEA low and she dont need to have 18600 pound per year cause in web site i dont find something about finance
