Tier 1 gen Extn - Urgent help pls

Post by pillaip » Thu Jan 10, 2013 11:16 am

Hello,

I am going to extend my Tier 1 general visa in next month. I have few questions on the previous earnings details.

1 ) Do UKBA going to consider the exact dates for the period for which I am applying for? For instance, if my visa appointment is on Feb 18 2013, then, the allowed period for which I can show my previous earning is Nov 18 2011 - Feb 17 2013? ( Considering 15month period, of course showing only 12 consecutive months) or can I show whole Nov 2011 - Feb 2013)?

2)My earnings are from both dividend(only) received from my limited company for which I am the director and sole share holder and my current permanent salary from employer. The question,I've is, do the source of dividend must exactly credited to my business account during the same period? I received the invoice amount to my business a/c during 2010-2011, which I have not taken for any purpose.

3) For the above question, if the answer is YES, that means I must show both the invoice amount coming into my business a/c and dividend in the 12 months period. !Nov 18 2011 - Feb 17 2013?). I do have invoice amount during Nov 11, Dec 11, Jan 12 & Feb 12. But the total invoice for these months are not matching with the dividend I have taken during the period. Does this matter?

Please can anyone know the details about these queries? or is there any possible solution for this?

Regards,
PP
