Urgent - yet to receive my Biometric Card

Hi

I got my Tier 1 extension done via same day appointment at Sheffield PEO on 20th December for me and my 2 dependents.

I am yet to receive Biometric Cards till today 10th Jan.

I have written to the email address provided but am yet to get a reply. I have urgent travel needs so am getting worried.

Has anyone who got their Tier 1 General Visa extension done around the same time received their Biometric Card?
