marriage certificate?

Post by Bildor » Thu Jan 10, 2013 2:33 pm

hi guys,

i believe i have gone through set(o) form and guidance and can't find any requirement for submitting marriage certificate (for depedant spouse)

Can someone kindly direct me to where this may be (if i have missed it) or is this not required for ILR application?

there isn't any requirement to submit marriage certificate. as when ur spouse applied for the dependent visa you should have already proved the relationship :)
Thanks!
