They should fill in a family visit form and thefore your second question is asking for their information. You may complete the form on their behalf but none of the questions are directed at you (the sponsor). Some of the questions directed at them (the applicants) may refer to you (the sponsor) and require answers about your circumstances.

Even though your father has no credible evidence of his income and employment, your parents should provide as much evidence as possible of their social and economic ties to their homeland.

Thanks Lucapooka,

I did not understant when you said Some of the questions directed at them (the applicants) may refer to you (the sponsor) and require answers about your circumstances.

Can you please elaborate on this...

If you elect to complete the forms on their behalf, a large majority of the questions will contain the pronouns you and your. Your parents are the applicants so those questions are aimed at them, and their circumstances, rather than you. I mention this because you seemed think that section 5 of the application was asking you about your finances, but you are not the applicant. If a questions asks about your sponsor, then you can fill in the relevant information about yourself.
