Hi.
i applied for my Tier2 visa Last month. but still didn't receive anything from Home-office. at this time im facing a problem. that is my company's name going to change from next month.
we got licence for this company. if they change the name of the company what we have to do? please reply to me friends.

Nothing - your employer just needs to tell UKBA of the change.

Yes, this is the sponsor's responsibility. If they at all attentive to their duties as sponsors of migrant workers, they will do this without your intervention.

do they want to apply for new licence or it is ok to just inform to UKBA?
