Bankers draft

Hi,
I'm going to Liverpool PEO and I am thinking of taking bankers draft. According to home office guide line the banker draft/ cheque should be cross A/C payee only. I went to my bank Barclays they said the cant cross the bankers draft. They can only make payable to Home office Any suggestions on this. Any one has taken bankers draft please suggest.
