Spouse visa help

Hi
I am asking question on behalf of my friend
Her husband is in Pakistan and she wants to apply for his spouse visa. She is currently doing 2 jobs to cover the required pay .
But she is leaving one of the main job next month and starting another one with slightly higher pay. So she will be giving 6 months pay slips of her current 2 jobs and couple from her new job starting next month.
But we have confusion inregards to the following

Does it means if someone doesn't have payslips from same employer for 6 months they can't apply?

Kindly let me know that in current situation can she sponsor her husband
