Rescheduling PEO Appt..Query

Post by zabiela » Fri Jan 11, 2013 12:49 pm

If we try to reschedule an appointment following message comes:

If you choose to reschedule:

- we will ask you to choose a new date, time and location;
- we will automatically cancel your current appointment; and
- you will not need to pay another fee.

what does it mean by another fee? i didnt pay anything in the first instance? Am i missing anything?

thanks

I get that thanks but what about the fee? Are we supposed to pay anything to the UKBA as well when getting an appointment ourselves?

No, you don't need to pay a fee when booking an appointment online by yourself. I honestly don't know why that statement is there, but wouldn't worry about it.

You are charged a premium to use the premium service (therefore you pay a fee for the appointment). It's saying that you don't have to pay for the cancelled appointment. You are charged, but only once you attend the appointment - its just saying that when you attend the appointment, they won't also charge you for the cancelled one.
