Flr(m) or PBS dependent for spouse

Hi guys,

Can you give me a clarification on this please. My wife entered uk on march 2012 as PBS dependent and I was granted ILR on aug 2012. My question what visa I need to apply flr(m) or PBS dependent extension. I am waiting for your answers guys, I appreciate your time.

Thanks for your reply, spoke with home office at 4 today and they told me to apply as p s dependent. Confusing!

Did you get your ilr under the 10 year route or after 5 years as an economic migrant?

She can extend her leave as a PBS dependent due to a recent change in the rules. FLR(M) is also permissible but ukba seem to be directing people to PBS dependent instead. Is your wife a doctor or dentist?

Sorry she doesn't work. So I think I need to apply for PBS .. But I should show maintaince funds( three months) an I don't have that time to show what should I do.
