help regarding passport n to contact ips

Hi,I have applied passport for my son( baby) since 20 Dec,IPS received 21 Dec.I was told it will b within 3 weeks but its already 3 weeks and I haven't heard from them.I called to ask but I don't have the passport application barcode.is there any other way I can find out the progress of the application as we need to travel end of January.any email address to contact,please help.thanks.

I was in the same situation. I forgot to make a note of the barcode and IPS didnt tell me anything without that code. So i called DX courier directly and gave them my address. They said that my passport is with them and they will deliver it the next day.

So you should try that.

Thanks for reply,do u have dx courier contact details and did u receive ur documents back before u contacted dx courier.. please
