Tier 2 General - Employer

Hi,

Can anyone please confirm that if I had successfully got a Tier 2 General transfer from Tier 2 ICT from a new sponsor, can I still continue to work for old sponsor with which I had Tier 2 ICT for couple of months.

I am applying for a Tier 2 General transfer but I feel that I may have to continue working for my current sponsor or employer for a month or 2 even after the arrival of new visa due to project commitment. My new sponsor is happy to wait if there are no restrictions.
